Meghan Leah Gage
Meghan has an animal based background with a special interest in canine and feline nutritional awareness. She attained a bachelors degree in Psycho-biology Pre-Veterinary with a minor in Evolutionary Studies and continued her educated a year after graduating from Albright College to study microbiology, inorganic and organic chemistry at a local community college. Meghan has spent 17 years immersed in the animal industry volunteering, donating, researching, learning and exposing herself to countless experiences with animals. At the age of seven, Meghan had decided she wanted to be a veterinarian but after holding a part time job as a demo representative for a nutritous pet food company, her eyes were open to the world of animal nutrition, In addition to holding a Bachelor of Science in from Albright College, Meghan also is continuing several certifications in canine and feline nutrition, diet formulation and herbalism from Cat Lane and other institutions.

Tayla Jade
Tayla is twelve year-old eighth generation Asian Leopard Bengal. She is Meghan's first cat and the inspiration to start looking into raw food diets. Unfortunately Tayla was diagnosed with lymphoma, masses in her colon and irregularrly shaped kidneys but since her diagnosis in June of 2015, she is doing fantastic! Tayla is on a high quality wet food supplemented with occasion raw meaty bones.

Remy Jean
Remy is the middle child of the Waals Colony. She was adopted from the Lancaster SPCA at around 10 weeks old. Remy is in training to be a therapy cat, an animal representative for Nutrisource Pet Food and Spokes Kitten for Precious Paw Prints Jewelry. Remy is on a frankenprey model diet and enjoys chicken necks.

Qaedo Di Vinci
Qaedo (Kay-Doe) is the youngest and only boy of the Waals Colony. He was a stray that was dumped on someone's door step at 4 weeks old before being taken to Black Horse Animal Hospital where Meghan had worked. It was love at first sight. Qaedo is a love bug and is the Spokes Kitten for The Nutrition Code. He is on a frankenprey model diet and really enjoys chicken, turkey duck and chicken necks.
Elysian Bengal Cats
Meghan Leah Waals also runs cattery of completely raw fed and natural reared cats. Her two breeding queens Echo and Cortana have been raw fed since weaning and her breeding meal Vaaldir was transitioned at 12 weeks when he arrived at the cattery. All three love raw and will eat everything from ground rabbit to whole prey quail.
