Hi, I'm Ashley Miner with Moonshine Bengals.  My husband, Jordan, and I live on the Western Slope in Colorado. We moved out here from the city in hopes of building our own little homestead/farming business over time.  It is a work in progress, but every day we build it a little more.  

 

I started on the journey to breed bengal cats  after getting my first bengal cat with the hopes of making him the perfect adventure cat.  I had wanted one for many years and did my research.  Unfortunately, I got him from a breeder that did not socialize him properly, pushed the sale even though he wasn't the right fit for me, and didn't choose to breed for the social aspects/temperament I had been looking for.  Sadly, it took almost 2 years before I could even pet him, so after tons of research upon research and than more research, I decided I wanted to breed the perfect cat, as who wouldn't want a super social, interactive, trainable cat they can take anywhere with them?  I also wanted to breed high quality, and both my husband and I absolutely loved the silver bengals.  So, I decided to go all in on producing a beautiful, sound temperament, highly interactive silver bengal cat.
