This "product" comes as a downloadable excel file that is sent to your email after details are discussed and recipe is designed.
1. Select the recipes you wish to purchase and add to the cart
2. Go to your cart and follow the instructions for purchase
3. Go to your email and download the excel file
4. Load and open the excel file
5. Plug in your companion's weight and percent you want to feed
6. OPTIONAL plug in the cost per lb of each ingredient

7. The program will spit out a personalized recipe and the cost to feed this recipe per day and per week (if you plugged in the cost per lb of each ingredient)
We are more than willing to refund or replace a menu if there is a glitch or mistake within the program as long as video or photographic documentation is provided.

We cannot offer a refund if:
Your companion does not like the recipe
Your companion is allergic to any of the ingredients in the recipe
You decided raw feeding is no longer for you or your companion for any reason
You do not have the excel program
